Shipping

All items are hand-made and some products are made to order. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail orders should arrive 3-5 business days from ship date.

**Summer Shipping**

Starting June 1st: To avoid any melting during the warm summer months, we will ship USPS Priority Mail, Monday-Wednesday only to ensure delivery prior to the weekend and to avoid orders sitting in non-climate controlled delivery trucks.

Returns/refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our candles we cannot offer a return/refund policy. Some returns may be considered in certain situations. Please email Witch City Wicks directly at witchcitywicks@gmail.com if there are any concerns with your order.
